Dimension Properties working incorrectly

When in non overworld dimensions in the latest snapshot, a visual bug occurs where properties of the overworld bleed into the end and nether. I downgraded it to prerelease 2 and the end and nether worked just fine. I can't seem to recreate this problem on singleplayer though.
