Pigs with no AI can be controlled when ridden

Spawn a pig with no ai using /summon pig ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}
they are stuck in mid air and cannot be moved without commands

throw a saddle on the pig, there is no change. But hold a carrot on a stick while riding, and gravity now influences the pig, and the pig will move around as though it had AI.
