Certain Mobs only attack an Iron Golem after it gets attacked

The Bug
Some mobs don't see the Iron Golem as a threat and won't attack it until it attacks them

Mobs Affected

• Shulker
• Blaze
• Endermite
• Hoglin
• Enderman
• Piglin
• Piglin Brute
• Zombified Piglin

Replicate

• Spawn in one of the mobs above
• Notice that the iron golem goes after the mob but the mob doesn't go after the golem
• Notice when the mob gets hit then it gets provoked
