Sugar cane biome colors are incorrect due to raw texture not being grayscale

When biome coloring was given to sugar cane in 13w36a it appears making the texture grayscale (as was done in Alpha v1.2.0) was forgotten about, resulting in sugar cane having a weird neon green colour in all biomes.
