Baby Zombified Piglins Take Suffocation Damage When Jump Up Into Blocks

when a zombified piglin jump up into a block it take suffocation damage 

to recreate make a 2 deep hole with a block on top then break a block at the level 1 block below the top block (look at images for more info) then put a baby zombified piglin in it then wait for it to jump it will take damage
