Stems in village farms do not actually connect to anything

Could be fixed by having the pumpkins not be there in world generation, but having them spawn there instead with the stem becoming attached as a result.

Steps to Reproduce:

Place a taiga village farm by using the command provided below.

/place template minecraft:village/taiga/houses/taiga_small_farm_1

Take note of how the stems don't connect to anything.
