Portal texture shows "missing texture" when using a recourcepack

First: I couldn't find a duplication of this. If there is one i'm sorry for this.

I created a texturepack and converted it in the new recourcepack Format. The Portal texture has an Animation file but it only Shows the "missing texture" texture.
