zombies can punch through fences

In previous updates this villager booth was mob proof but it seems zombies can now attack through these fences and have turned my villagers, if they weren't name tagged they would have despawned, 

for info the water wasn't there while they were villagers, i placed it to keep them from re-turning each other into zombies if one got cured first
