Bee's flying animation stops playing if it flies towards the inaccessible flower that is placed below the floor level

How to reproduce:
1. Spawn a bee in an enclosed space/cage
2. One block below the cage's ground level, place dirt and flowers on it
3. Let the bee fly towards the flowers
The bee's flying animation is stopped while the mob continues moving until it reaches the closest point to a flower
