Piglins won't use totems in their off-hand

Piglins can only use totems in their main-hand, not off-hand

With /replaceitem on piglin's off-hand, the piglins will empty their off-hand instead of holding it, this may have something to do with bartering mechanics.

If the piglin's inventory is full, they still refuse to put the totem in off-hand and will throw it away instead.

What I expected to happen was...:
Make the piglins use the totem when killing them in their off-hand

What actually happened was...:
They put the totem back to inventory slot, and dies when i kill them, while the totem drops

Steps to Reproduce:
1. /replaceitem on piglin's off hand
2. Kill the piglin

However, piglin brutes are unaffected and utilizes totem in off-hand as normal.
