Keyboard shortcuts F3 + B, F3 + N etc. do not work in Minecraft Java Edition on Windows!

Shortcuts F3 + B, F3 + N etc. do not work!

ALL F3 + keyboard shortcuts for Minecraft Java Edition do not work on my computer! This means, for example, that I cannot quickly change the gamemode or reload the chunks, which is very annoying! The problem occurs ONLY on my Windows computer, NOT on my MacBook!
