Beds and Respawn Anchors and end crystals exploded in fast succession skip doing damage

If you place 2 respawn anchors next to each other around you and blow one up, then quickly blow up the second, the second one will register no damage.

Beds and end crystals also act the same way if you quickly explode one and then place the second very quickly.
