What I expected to happen was...:

The seeds ( wheat, carrots, etc ) would plant perfectly in a straight line without problems.
What actually happened was...:

Once I placed a second seed in a row, the first seed that I placed popped up.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. ... Place dirt at least ten Minecraft blocks long and hoe it.
3. ... Try to place seeds ( any kind ) onto all hoed spots.
