Buckets of tropical fish from Wandering traders nor buckets of fish from creative inventory cannot be buckets of fish with black color, making these variants of fish unobtainable

The bug

Wandering traders can sell buckets of tropical fish in any color, excluding black. It seems to be a bit weird that they added black-colored fish, but didn't add a way to get them excluding commands. This makes these variants of tropical fish unobtainable. I hope it'll be fixed.

Important info

Not a dupe of MC-169763 - this ticket is NOT about them not spawning naturally.

Fix

It should be a completely random fish inside the bucket. (Equal chances) Fix would also be helpful to survival players that are building aquaria.
