Totem of Undying sound doesn't follow the saved entity

When triggering a totem, making it play the sound and then teleporting away, the sound becomes muted.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Trigger a totem
2. Quickly throw an ender pearl or a riptide trident as the sound is playing.
3. After travelling a far distance, you won't hear the totem sound anymore even though you are still emitting the particles.
