Potion effect particle hiding (issues involving second application of potion and duplicates)

When using middle click to duplicate a potion with the syntax, "ShowParticles:0b", the original potion from the command will not show particles, while the clone will. So essentially, applying the potion, clearing the effects, and applying the duplicate potion will make the effect particles show every time unless a new one is generated from a command. Applying the original potion over the duplicate potion will hide the particles. The effect particles will show every time if pulled from a creative toolbar and then applied as well.
