noise settings for multi_noise biomes not working

whenever you run a datapack that adds a dimension using the multi_noise biome_source it always gives me an error saying no key weirdness_noise, altitude_noise, humidity_noise, and temperature_noise in the file while this was not the case in 20w29a. there also was no report in the change log that related this
