Custom Dimension isn't working

I can't create a Custom Dimension with my own Data Pack.

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new World with this Data Pack.
2, Try to check a new DImension via "/execute in"
If you can't see "worldo:odlrow", Dimension isn't added.
