It wont let me join any singleplayer or multiplayer worlds

i will try join a single player or multiplayer world and it wont let me join and wont give me any option to quit, has been doing this for a few hours and never did it before. have tried waiting it out on the screen but it just freezes, also this bug is on 1.15.2 i havent tried any ofther versions yet
