Snow bug with fences

Put the summary of the bug you're having here

I wanna put some snow (not the snow block) next to a Fence...
But when i put the snow 1 floor of snow appears in the block where there is the fence

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a fence
2. Put snow next to the fence
