I am unable to breed the horses with wheat, i get on them and right click exactly like you are supposed to, and nothing

I cannot breed the horses with wheat, i do it exactly like you should, nothing happens. I still have the wheat no hearts, nothing

I wanted to breed the horses

Nothing happened

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get wheat
2. Get on horse
3. Right click on horse with wheat
4. Nothing will happen
