Cannot spam throw Eye of Ender

The Bug

Unlike all other throwable items without a cooldown (Eggs & Snowballs) the Eye of Ender cannot be spam thrown by holding down right mouse button

Replicate

1. Have Eyes of Ender
2. Throw them and hold right mouse button
   → Notice it just stops throwing after 1
