My Minecraft skin won't save and load

So I just made a custom minecraft skin, and for whatever reason, when I upload the file and hit save, a red tag on the corner of the screen comes up telling me it was unable to save. I'm not sure if this is some recent bug, but I did test other MC skins, and they won't save either. I can't find any recent info on it, though.
