The /list command requires op.

The /list command requires you to be a op.
Similar effects, but formatted in a more annoying way, can be achieved in [tab] and using the player name fill-in function, but for whatever reason, you cannot use /list. Its really minor, but it seems like if that command exists, all users should have access.
