Double blocks placed per click

Basically, When you place a block, it places two instead of 1. I have tested my mouse and click settings, which I learned aren't causing the issue.

-When placing blocks with the same settings on different chunks, the problem does not occur. It only occurs when I place blocks on certain chunks.
