Jungle leaves generate as oak leaves

When I was exploring a world just because, I had noticed that all the leaves on jungle trees were instead oak leaves. This would render it impossible to obtain jungle saplings other than the wandering trader. This has also affected 1.15.2, 1.16, and 1.16.1 as well.
