Burning tridents doens't burn entities

The Bug

Burning tridents do not burn entities, but can ignite TNT and (soul) campfires.

How to Reproduce

1. Placing lava and making the lava fall.
2. Summon a mob behind the lava
3. Throwing the trident in front of lava
4. The trident burned, and damage the mob, but doesn't burn it.
