Flying Horses

I'm not sure how much of an issue this could create but i was playing the most recent snapshot and i put a wooden post on the ground next to blocks that were a block length higher and tied horses to the post with the lead what should have happened was the horses should have been able to step up and down that one block distance with no problem

what really happened was the horses would step up to the next level and go to step off while they move around like a normal horse and instead of stepping down they would step out and move slightly up and would end up just floating on nothing and at some point would start spinning

to recreate this:
1)make a floor
2)put another layer of floor down that covers up half the original floor
3)put post on the original floor right before it meets the second layer
4)tie horses (not sure if it happens with just one) to the post and let them walk around whilst tied to the fence post
