Cant Play MULTIPLAYER

affects all versions and when i went into the minecraft code i found this

[Error: 2020-07-13 17:28:44.3657423: NetQueue.cpp(471)] NetQueue: No ip address available. Error code 7, Host: authserver.mojang.com i dont know why this is but anyone know why?
