I can't change my name from all caps back to lowercase ACIN to Acin

Hey, a few months ago I changed my name (ACIN) to all caps and now I can't change it back to Acin. I was wondering if this was a bug because when I do try and change it, it says 'Name is not available' and its been around 4 months since the last time I changed it. Help
