Getting off horse lagged out world, reloading world wouldnt load chunks

I was riding my horse into a village when i got off in front of a blacksmith, i walked forward into the house and the chest wouldnt open, turned around to see my horse glitched into the blocks of the house and i couldnt break or place blocks but i could eat food and it replenished my hunger bar. I quit and reloaded the world but it wouldnt load in for almost a minute, could see the sun moving as if i was in the world but all blocks didnt load in.
