Inventory hotkey toggles open/close of crafting recipe book

If you open the crafting recipe book and hit the bound "Enter" key to close the inventory entirely, it instead toggles between opening and closing the recipe book. The player has to then press "Esc" to instead close the inventory.

Seems similar to a past bug that affected the "Tab" key, except this time it is affecting the "Enter" key.
