Water in custom biomes, can sometimes appear with the wrong color

Sometimes water in custom biomes appear with the wrong color, when flying over it. When pressing F3 + A, this is however fixing itsself, but it still appears when flying more through the world. Doesn't matter what world, just create a kind of ocean custom biome.
