Black outline above blocks when collecting xp

When collecting xp and hovering over a block, an odd diagonal black block outline will appear on top of it. If there is other ways to trigger this weird bug I haven't found it out.

It is always a box, I never saw anything else. It is not blocking anything, its just a little annoying.
