Piglins still continuously try and fail to pick up gold ingots if they can't reach them

Piglins still can't reach the gold ingot.

What is expected to happen:
Piglins should pick up the ingot.

What actually happened was...:
Piglins can't pick up the ingot if it's dropped on the low side of a stair.

The bug had already been reported by me and resolved, but I noticed it still occurs in this snapshot.
