When using /spawnpoint in the Nether and dying several times, you can end up respawning in the Overworld, even if your spawnpoint didn't change

I used /spawnpoint in the Nether, so I could start a Nether Survival. However, I died 4 or 5 times and I spawned in the Overworld, which ruined it. I did not use any respawn anchors. And it said that I have no bed or respawn anchor
