Infinite Datapack Validation

Something is causing some datapacks to stay on the "validating datapacks" screen infinitely. In the example posted, I made edits to a number of files before the first time this occurred, so I'm unsure of what's causing it, other than it's to do with the new custom biomes/dimensions functionality.
