Weird square instead of crosshair with inverted colors and completely white hotbar

Last day I was playing Minecraft java with a resource pack and a shader and I saw that the hotbar's boundary was white I didn't notice it and played the game but today the hotbar was completely white and there was a weird square with inverted colors. I turned off the resource and shader pack but it didn't help.
