Cant breed horses at 1.6 pre - relese

In the 1.6 pre - release i cant breed horses not in survival and not in creative , and they are teamed and i ride on them i try to give them wheat but i cant give them wheat it just doesn't gives them wheat i dont now what to do so please reaply !!
