Piglins stop dancing when rejoining world

When Piglins start celebrating their kill of a Hoglin, rejoining a world makes them stop dancing. This could be fixed with an NBT-tag like Dancing:0 and Dancing:1 or Celebrating:0 and Celebrating:1.

The Piglins would get that tag for a certain amount of time and logically the timer stops when leaving a world and continues when rejoining.
