Minecraft with mods not loading chunks

When i launch a world with mods (Optifine, world edit and fabric) chunks don't load or loaded but not rendered but not loaded then when i go to those chunks i get stuck i will need to go to F3 + N to go out to the GOOD CHUNKS. this is a problem may be because of a  player position or java error with compression, i think it could be fix by finding Arti fax and cause a reload of the world.

 

ie 1+1 = n maybe find the n and calculate the know problem and replace it with n to 2. if not stabilization with mods for servers like 2B2T may not happen and cause java edition to die, we don't want that to happen even me because i am new, start fixing this if you want to make jave better
