Chinese Traditional text shows different font thickness at specific GUI scale

My computer will shows different thickness when using "GUI scale 3" and Chinese Traditional language.

This may occurred when language is Chinese Simplified, but I didn't try it.

 

How to trigger this bug:

Try to set GUI scale to 3 and language to Chinese Traditional, this only occur on some screen / display.
