You cannot /loot an item frame

What I expected to happen was...: 

It would appear in the item frame

What actually happened was...

It gave me a massage saying: "the target block is not a container"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place an item frame
2. do: "/loot ~ ~ ~ (your item) ~ ~ ~ (Wherever the item frame is put the concordants or ~ ~ ~)
