Ender dragon's hitbox is not in sync with its model

The Enderdragon has very Strange hitboxes and the green area is not properly synced with the Dragon's animations.

Steps to Reproduce:

Enter the overworld and summon an ender dragon.
```
/summon minecraft:ender_dragon ~ ~ ~
```

Enable entity hitboxes by pressing F3 + B.
Watch the model and hitbox of the ender dragon closely as it flies around in circles.
Take note as to whether or not the model of the ender dragon is in sync with its hitbox.
