Status effect bars shift the player's inventory in creative mode

In creative mode, the status effect bars cause the player's whole inventory screen to become centered in the same way that it does when the recipe book is open.

The off-centering persists when the effect times out until the inventory is closed, when it can be re-opened and is normal again.

The bug does not affect survival, adventure, or spectator mode.
