Hoglins errors.

Hoglins don't move up & down to a block wide layers even it is opened space. It happens when one side of layers are blocked.

Second issue is that Hoglin's don't moving into portals. I don't mean that AI of Hoglins that avoids portals. They don't teleport even they go through the portal.
