Gamertage

Hi.    So I been trying to Change my gamer tag in Minecraft I play on mobile and just want to play the game. But I made a account when I was like 9 and made a bad name and now I want to change it but for some reason there is a bug or glitch happening where it says the Gamer tag I want BCallVEVO but it still has my old Gamer tag hardhammer12329. And the bad thing is a can't change it again because that was cost money and I don't have any money to change it. Not like I would waste money to change a name in a game. I have a screen recording of what is happening and I can send it to someone as proof if you need it. 

I hope I can get my name and play Minecraft while being happy again
