Piglin brute swinging animation does not match attacking or targeting animation

The bug

The swinging animation of the piglin brutes does not match their animation of raising their arms when attacking or targeting. It also does not match the attacking animation of the piglins and vindicators

Regular piglins had this issue before, see MC-187031
