My game keeps crashing on servers and puts a shortcut on my desktop which says atal error and exception access vioation

My game crashes when i play on any server for a long time and i get a shortcut to the report and i see exception access violation

What I expected to happen was
that i would play as usual like in singleplayer where it won't crash

What actually happened was
...that my game crashed and automatically closes and puts a shortcut to my desktop where it says fatal error and exception access violation

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I go on a server
2. i play for a bit
3. then when i get teleported to another location or if i play for a long time it crashes
