MC-192498/fill and /setblock cannot set different directional block states of several blocks, such as glass panes and iron bars
This includes:
- Glass Pane
- Stained Glass Pane
- Iron Bars
Example:
/setblock ~ ~ ~ iron_bars[west=true]
It would place the iron bars but it won't show the west connecting part of it,
